Was having problems getting Win10 desktop connection. After searching for a little while found this tidbit

Change value of \HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp\SecurityLayer

from value of 2 to a value of 1

This is reducing the security level for RDP on this machine, so beware.
