Training Credits

What are Training Credits?

Training credits are a common term used with training institutions to represent an amount of money deposited in a training account for an individual or a company.  Training credits are a convenient way for businesses to purchase a general training product. In most cases, they are generally good for one year, as they do expire if unused. When purchased, the training credits are owned by the company or individual who purchases them and can be assigned and used by more than one individual as needed  This allows for companies who may have money left over in a budget at the end of a fiscal year to purchase an item which has a one year of life.   Often times these are referred to as "training credit dollars" and can be used interchangeably.

What are Skill Packs?

Like a training credit, Skill Packs are more of a larger purchase of a block of allocated money for training. Like a training credit, they also expire as a subscription would. These are valuable to purchase because they come with some added benefits most often. Please be aware there is also some additional restrictions so weigh your options wisely. Skill packs usually offer more benefits than restrictions and are generally the better way to go value wise if budget supports it.

Why Should I Purchase Training Credits?

Training Credits or Skill Packs are usually good for one year and allows more than one person from the same company to use them, given there is residual value left to use.  They also allow you to attend classes from a particular vendor or company in more than one location.
