Technical training with Horizon Systems
Horizon Systems offers a large curriculum of training for our students. Focusing on technology related topics, we provide training for programming languages, systems and network administration, storage administration, security and a lot more!
We provide instructor led training in our dedicated training facility as well as Online Browser based training. Many of our training classes lead to certification, and we can help guide you with the courses supporting your certification path.
Our public courses are listed in our training schedule. You can purchase training credits from our online store or directly. We have 3 large classrooms dedicate specifically to training related activities and provide refreshments and snacks through out the day.
We also provide dedicated instructor led training for companies only wanting their own employees in attendance. If travel is a concern, we can provide our training at your facility, the instructor comes to you. Depending on the topic of instruction, students can access our Remote Learning Data Center. Here we have access to high-end equipment for students to learn on.

Enrollments and Training Credits:
If you already have existing training credits with Redhat or Oracle University, they can be easily be used at our location - no problem! If you need to acquire training credits for a class enrollment, we can provide them for you as well. The Red Hat and Oracle training credits we provide are good for 1 year and can be used at any Red Hat or Oracle authorized training center in the United States! We can help you get enrolled into any class at any authorized location, anywhere in the United States for either Redhat or Oracle University.

Our Training Facility
Our training center is conveniently located in central Ohio, on the North side of Columbus. If Columbus is not convenient for your specific travel plans, we can enroll you in other locations around the United States as well. For companies that are not able to send all of their staff to a location for training, we provide on-site training from our world class instructors. If you want a class and it's not scheduled let us know, we'll work to make it happen for you.
We deliver instructor led training and provide for live virtual training via the web. If your needs are for customized training, or want our instructors to travel to your location - we can do that no problem!
Our parking is free and convenient, and the classrooms are large and spacious. We provide plenty of refreshments throughout the day, including many types of beverages and snacks. Wireless access to the internet is available and our equipment is new and current. We provide remote access to our larger equipment via our Remote Learning Data Center which houses larger equipment such as tape libraries and storage arrays - yet the instructor led training is still local.
We are open from 8AM - 6PM, classes usually run from 9AM - 5PM Monday-Friday.
We provide training on Systems Administration, Network Security, and Software Development, plus a lot more!
For our guests that are coming in from out of town, there are several major hotels in the immediate area as well as restaurants, cinemas and shopping. All of this is within 5 miles of our location. We have negotiated discount rates with many of the hotels in the area. Contact us for discount rates codes prior to booking your accommodations.
