Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents, from the "Order Confirmation" page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to us. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item sold is carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse and is shipped using reputable common carriers such as United Parcel Service, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. We do offer delivery insurance as part of your protection to insure your packages arrive in the same shape as they left our facility.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you received from us, and inform us within seven days of your receipt of those goods, we will work with you to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will exchange items if they are faulty upon delivery to you, and/or have a factory authorized repair specialist correct any problems found with your new purchase. All products being returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing with all paperwork included. An RMA# must appear on the shipping label of any returned products in order for us to accept delivery. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged.

For authorized manufacturer product sales - special provisions do apply. Certain products, especially those which are licensed and/or have entitlements associated to them, may or may not be returned. We as your factory authorized reseller, will work on your behalf to obtain any and all authorizations the manufacturer will permit. Upon their approval of an RMA, we will issue a refund based upon the terms granted by the manufacturer in the return process. We encourage you to work with one of our trained sales professionals for any licensed/entitlement products to ensure the right items are being purchased prior to any sale being completed. We take every effort to prevent problems before they happen.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item. Where possible we will consolidate shipments into single containers to minimize shipping costs.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Certain manufacturers impose an order cancellation fee of 25%. Customer acknowledges this fact and agrees to be responsible for any and all charges related to the cancellation of an order once placed with the manufacturer.  This includes, but is not limited to Oracle Corporation.  

DELIVERY AND TITLE.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable surcharges. Title and risk of loss pass to Customer upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.  Horizon Systems delivery dates are estimates only and Horizon Systems is not liable for delays in delivery.  Horizon Systems reserves the right to make partial shipments and Customer will accept delivery and pay for the products delivered. A delayed delivery of any part of an order does not entitle Customer to cancel other deliveries.

FORCE MAJURE:.

Horizon Systems is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations for any accepted order or for delays in delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control, (for example: acts of God, acts or omissions of the Customer, man−made or natural disasters, epidemic medical crises, materials shortages, strikes, acts of terrorism, delays in transportation, or inability to obtain labor or materials through its regular sources).

USE OF PRODUCTS.

Products are not authorized for use in critical safety or other applications where a failure may reasonably be expected to result in personal injury, loss of life, or catastrophic property damage. If Customer uses or sells the Products for use in any such applications, Customer acknowledges that such use or sale is at Customerís sole risk. Customer will indemnify, defend and hold Horizon Systems and the product manufacturer harmless from and against any and all liabilities and costs arising out of or in connection with such use or sale.

EXPORT/IMPORT.

Certain Products sold by Horizon Systems and other related technology and documentation are subject to export control laws, regulations and orders of the United States and the export or import control laws and regulations of other countries. Customer will not directly or indirectly export or divert any Products and other related technology and documentation to any third party or country where such export or transmission is restricted or prohibited. Customer agrees it is responsible to obtain any license to export, re−export, or import as may be required.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. 

Horizon Systems is not liable for and customer is not entitled to any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages; For example, loss of profits or revenue, loss of data, loss of use,  rework, manufacturing expense, injury to reputation, or loss of customer's customers.  Recovery from Horizon Systems for any direct damages will not exceed the price of the product at issue,  Customer will indemnify, defend and hold Horizon Systems harmless from any claims based on; (i) Horizon Systems compliance with customer's designs, specifications, or instructions, (ii) modifications of any products by anyone other than Horizon  Systems, or (iii) use in combination with other products.
